Zhanibekov "announces a competition for the vacant position of head of the Internal Audit Service of the non-profit Joint Stock Company" South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University named after U. Zhanibekov", located at the address: Shymkent, Al-Farabi district, 160012, A. Baitursynov street, 13: The main purpose of the activity is to provide the Board of Directors with independent and objective guarantees and consultations aimed at improving the risk management, internal control and corporate governance systems in society. Main tasks of the service: assistance in evaluating and improving the internal control system; assessment and assistance in improving the risk management system; assessment of the effectiveness of fraud risk management and Fraud Risk Management in society; assessment and assistance in improving the corporate governance system in the company; assessment of the correctness, completeness, objectivity of the accounting system and the reliability of financial statements; Assessment of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, requirements of internal regulatory documents of the company; assessment of the rationality and effectiveness of the use of the company's resources and the methods (methods) used to ensure the safety of the company's assets; Methodological support of the Internal Audit Service of subsidiaries and affiliates, audit commissions. The head of the service must have: 1) higher professional education in the field of Economics and finance, and/or accounting and audit and/or information technology and/or technical and/or legal in accordance with the sectoral areas of the company's activities; 2) experience in the field of audit and/or accounting and/or finance and/or information technology and/or in the technical field and/or legal field corresponding to the industry specifics of the company-at least three years; 3) knowledge of the Code of ethics and standards and ability to apply them; 4) knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including on audit activities, accounting, taxation. It is also desirable to have a certificate and/or qualifications in the field of audit and/or accounting and financial management and/or CT technologies, knowledge of state and foreign languages. The appointment of the head of the service is carried out by the board of Directors on the basis of competitive selection and testing (or interview) and/or in the presence of the chairman of the Board of Directors. Persons who cannot participate in the competition: 1) younger than twenty-five years; 2) previously committed a corruption offense; 3) persons with outstanding or outstanding criminal record; 4) persons registered in special medical institutions; 5) other cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The applicant for participation in the competition submits the following documents: 1) application of a special form; 2) a copy of the identity document of the contest participant; 3) service record of the participant of the competition of a special type with a 3x4 color photo; 4) copies and originals of educational documents and annexes to them for verification; 5) a copy of the document confirming employment, certified by the personnel service at the place of work (current or last) ; 6) a medical certificate of health status in the established form, not exceeding six months before the date of submission of documents (medical professional advisory opinion); 7) A certificate from a psychoneurological organization issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents in accordance with the legislation on public services; 8) A certificate from a drug treatment organization issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents in accordance with the legislation on public services; 9) a document confirming the absence of a ban on holding a position in accordance with criminal law. Recipients of services provided by the relevant state bodies in cases of implementation of restrictive ic-measures, introduction of a state of emergency, occurrence of Social, natural and man-made emergencies participants of the competition do not submit the documents specified in subparagraphs 6, 7 and 8. Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is made within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.
